This established and well known family friendly firm are looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX block> to manage a varied caseload and grow with the team starte>

There is genuine progression in this supportive team - proven by the amount of long term employees who have progressed through qualification and onto partner/senior status

• Manage your own conveyancing caseload
• Manage all conveyancing matters including freehold & leasehold sales & purchases
  , remortgages & equity release
  , transfers of equity
  , matrimonial conveyancing and leasehold matters

• Qualified Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer/Legal Executive
• 2+ years' residential conveyancing experience
• Confident running files from instruction through post-completion with minimal supervision
• You must be able to easily visit Tauntonseat

Location: Taunton, Somerset (Only visit the office twice/month if preferred)

Contract: Permanent, full-time or part‑time (hybrid).

Salary: Up to £60,000 depending on experience.
