Residential Conveyancer

Attendance at the Taunton office is required only a couple of times per month

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, delivering an efficient, client-focused service while maintaining high professional standards.

• Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload, including sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold matters
• Handling transactions from initial instruction to post-completion
• Providing clear løsungsartige advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process
• Maintaining excellent client communication and relationships
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm-wide procedures
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to support team objectives

• Qualified Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience handling residential conveyancing matters independently
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Confident working autonomously in a remote environment
• Client-focused with a proactive and professional approach
• Comfortable using modern case management systems and technology
