Position Summary:

Boyd & Jenerette is seeking dedicated and driven Litigation Associate Attorneys to join our team. 1. Associate Attorney for our Savannah, GA office.
Practice Area / Department: Litigation
Status: Full‑Time / Exempt
Work Location: Fully Remote / Hybrid / In‑Office options available for this position.

Must reside in Georgia (preferred candidate located in Coastal Georgia but open to remote depending on the right candidate).

2. Associate Attorney for our Jacksonville, FL office.

Practice Area / Department: Coverage & Bad Faithген
Status: Full‑Time / Exempt
Work Location: Fully Remote / Hybrid / In Giulio options available for this position.

Must reside in Florida or Georgia.

Responsibilities:
  • Draft legal documents (pleadings, motions, etc.) for negotiations and proceedings.
  • Take depositions, attend hearings, conduct mediation, and represent clients at trial.
  • Conduct legal research, assist with preparation for hearings, and provide legal counsel to clients.
  • Analyze legal matters, advise clients, and negotiate on their behalf.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and clients to ensure efficient case management.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date client files for easy access by the team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements &

Competencies:
  • Georgia Bar Admission
  • 3‑5 years of recent insurance defense experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Superior attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with others.
  • Must meet billing goal expectations.
