Senior Counsel, Traditional Labor – Remote

Ogletree has an exciting remote opportunity for an Attorney with 5+ years of traditional labor experience to join the Firm’s expanding practice. The Attorney will focus on training and counseling concerning employer and employee rights and responsibilities under the NLRA. This flexible role allows the right candidate to work remotely without the administrative and client‑development demands of a shareholder track position.六>

This position will not require in‑office work; however the attorney will attend the firm’s annual all‑attorney retreat and will have access to the firm’s extensive learning and development resources. The role is remote, but the successful candidate must reside in a state where the firm has a physical office. We will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the Los Angelesid Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring and the Fair Chance Ordinance.

• Juris Doctor with hivi active license to practice law and in good standing in the state of residence, and meeting ongoing continuing licensure requirements during employment.
• At least 5+ years of traditional labor experience, with a focus on R‑case practice.
• Strong writing and public‑speaking skills.
• Regular travel required
