Commercial Transactions Attorney

Reid and Riege, P.C., a mid-sized Connecticut law firm with a business services practice, seeks a corporate transactional attorney with at least three years of experience to join our team in the downtown Hartford office. Partial remote work will be considered.

Qualified candidates will have a background of increasing responsibility in commercial/corporate law, with particular emphasis on transactional work. M&A and/or private fund experience a plus.

Candidates should possess strong drafting, advocacy and organizational skills, excellent judgment, and be dedicated to providing top notch client service.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• CT Bar admission in good standing or ability to become admitted promptly
• 3+ years of experience practicing commercial transactions or corporate law
• Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating in a améric team environment
