100% REMOTE Contract to Hire Labor Attorney / Employment Lawyer Needed for Growing Firm!

We are a growing employment law firm that is on the lookout for a fully remote contract-to-hire Labor Lawyer / Wage and Hour Attorney who is based in and licensed in California.

• Represent clients in wage and hour disputes and related employment matters.
• Prepare and file complaints and legal documents.
• Provide legal counsel on employment law compliance.
• Assist in contract negotiations and drafting.

• CA Bar license.
• CA residence.
• Professional experience in Wage and Hour law.
• Experience drafting complaints.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Willingness to work on a 3‑month contract before conversion to a permanent direct‑hire role.

• Hourly rate between $50–60/hr.
• Medical, dental and vision coverage.

• Work from home / remote 100%.
• Conversion to a permanent role after 3 months.
