- Take ownership of defined work streams within cross‑functional projects across multiple jurisdictions.
- Own legal documentation related to projects, including key commercial agreements and corporate documents.
- Provide business‑oriented legal support on corporate and commercial questions for key jurisdictions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various English‑law‑governed commercial agreements.
- Manage day‑to‑day legal tasks and suggest improvements to legal processes.
- Identify and flag legal risks in contracts and corporate actions while proposing mitigations.
- Qualified lawyer with 4–6 years of post‑qualification experience, preferably in a top‑tier law firm.
- Solid experience in cross‑border corporate and commercial matters, particularly involving the UK, Europe, and the US.
- Hands‑on experience with English‑law‑governed contracts and corporate documents.
- Fluency in English at minimum C1 level; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to simplify complex legal concepts.
- High degree of business acumen and problem‑solving ability.
