Associate Attorney

Segal Mc Cambridge , a nationally recognized litigation firm, is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our thriving toxic tort (asbestos) and product liability practice in our Boston office.

• Licensed attorney in Massachusetts (dual licensure in CT or RI is a plus).
• 2+ years of civil defense litigation experience
  , including pleadings, discovery, motions, legal research, depositions, and client reporting.
• Toxic tort and/or product liability experience strongly preferred.
• Strong research, writing, advocacy
  , and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication
  , interpersonal abilities, and comfort managing multiple deadlines.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset and willingness to take ownership of assignments.
• Mediation/arbitration experience is a plus.
