As our Legal Counsel, your key responsibilities include:

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and policies to ensure alignment with local and international regulations.
• Monitoring regulatory changes and advising clients on their implications.
• Assisting with licensing and certification processes in regulated industries.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement compliance frameworks.
• Supporting client communication in English and Italian, ensuring effective legal guidance.

What do you bring to the table?

• A degree in Law, warrant and first experiences in the legal field a plus
• Strong proficiency in English and Italian, both written and spoken; additional language skills a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
