* high-performing Associate Attorney

Responsibilities

* Manage a family law caseload, including divorce, custody, paternity, and support matters

* Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements

* Prepare for and appear at hearings, mediations, and court proceedings

* Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and the court

* Maintain accurate timekeeping and case documentation

* Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to move cases efficiently

Qualifications

* Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

* Licensed and in good standing with the Oklahoma Bar Association

* Family law experience required

* Strong writing, organization, and communication skills

* Ability to manage deadlines and work independently

* Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
