Immediate opening for an established Insurance Defense Attorney with at least 5+ years of experience for a highly-respected, multi-state litigation firm. This position is for the firm's office in Lexington, KY
. Even better, this law firm will be offering a hybrid schedule that provides attorneys the ability to work remotely from home part of the week!

Opportunities are also available in the firm's Louisville, KY location as well!

Must be licensed to practice law in Kentucky!

Ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials with a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, be admitted to the Kentucky bar, and a proven track record in:

• Insurance Defense litigation, especially with Trucking‑related claims;
• Prior experience handling a file from beginning to end;
• Strong marketing skills with demonstrated success developing business;
• A self‑starter capable of handling a full case load;
• Experience handling mediations and taking depositions;
• Embracing and developing client relationships;
• Ability to frequently and directly communicate with clients;
• Excellent verbal and written skills; and
• Accurately report time.
