Project Bixbite aims to significantly improve large language models’ performance on realistic, complex legal tasks
. The initial focus is corporate legal workflows, with future expansion into additional legal domains. Our goal is to develop an AI legal assistant capable of:
- Providing reliable legal reasoning with minimal hallucinations
- Spotting issues, applying rules, interpreting ambiguity, and drafting like an attorney
- Performing multi‑step, cross‑document legal analysis
- Delivering well‑structured, legally sound written work product
Document Generation
Drafting contracts, motions, demand letters, regulatory filings, and other legal documents using proper formatting, citations, and fact‑based context.
Document Review
Analyzing agreements to identify risks, obligations, inconsistencies, and one‑sided provisions, with recommendations to protect client interests.
Regulatory Analysis
- ESG standards
- SEC regulations
- Government filings and compliance obligations
Case Law Research
Identifying, analyzing, and applying relevant legal precedent to support arguments and legal positions.
Complex Office Tasks (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Producing realistic office‑style legal tasks that mirror your actual professional output—work that would typically take 4+ hours without AI assistance.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FORWe are seeking practicing attorneys with demonstrated experience producing high‑quality legal work in corporate or regulatory environments.
- JD (or international equivalent)
- Active license / certified to practice law in your jurisdiction
- Experience interpreting and drafting legal documents and spotting legal issues
- Familiarity with common regulatory and business law scenarios
- Strong ability to identify risks, obligations, and one‑sided provisions in contracts
- Clear, structured writing and comfort with complex, multi‑step analysis
- Corporate law, employment, compliance, regulatory, securities, or general counsel backgrounds
- Experience reviewing or drafting high‑stakes business agreements
- Prior exposure to legal operations, office workflows, or document‑heavy practice areas
- Comfort using productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for legal work
Project Bixbite is ongoing with no anticipated end date.
- Once accepted, participants are expected to submit initial work within 3 days
. - Monthly submission goals are set for each interface.
- Submissions will be reviewed for quality before moving candidates to the main contributor pool.
You’ll be compensated $100/hr for approved submissions
