A law firm seeks an Insurance Defense Attorney to serve the Dallas areas. The role offers the flexibility of full-time remote work or an office environment. The attorney will join a trucking accident litigation team, representing transportation companies in various litigation aspects.

• Handle cases from inception to resolution.
• Prepare legal pleadings, motions, statements, and trial briefs.
• Negotiate settlements and collaborate with clients and paralegals.
• Analyze written discovery, depositions, and medical records.
• Assess claim values to determine risk exposure.

• 3-6 years of experience in auto defense litigation or plaintiff's personal injury.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in listening, verbal, and written communication.
• Ability to identify risks and understand ethical duties.
• Effective client and customer negotiation skills.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
