• Juris Doctor degree with a current license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a corporate and M&A lawyer in a law firm or in-house
• Extensive knowledge of corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, particularly Delaware law
• Strong writing skills and a passion for clear and concise legal communication
• Ability to effectively utilize various tools, including generative AI technologies, to enhance productivity

• Experience drafting and negotiating M&A agreements and advising senior management on related matters
• Familiarity with the intersection of AI and legal practice
• Previous use of AI tools in legal work
