We’re excited to share a new part‑time Litigation Attorney (Contract‑to‑Hire) opportunity with one of our long‑standing Raleigh clients, a small, highly respected law firm concentrating in professional licensing, ethics, and disciplinary matters.

Role Overview

• Hours:
  
  15–20 hours/week to start, with potential for more and eventual transition to W‑2
• Pay: $60–$70/hour, depending on experience
• Location:
  
  Mostly remote, but candidates must live in the Raleigh‑Durham area
• Schedule:
  
  Flexible, with general availability during business hours and only rare evening/Saturday needs
• Practice Area:
  Regulatory/administrative work representing professional licensing boards and individual professionals
• Structure:
  Independent contractor to start; malpractice insurance included
• Training:
  Provided for new practice areas

What We're Looking For

• Licensed by the North Carolina State Bar
• 1–2+ years of legal practice (litigation experience preferred)
• Strong research, writing, and organizational skills
• Comfortable handling hearings, conferences, depositions, and drafting a range of legal documents
• Ability to work independently and communicate confidently
• Familiarity with state and federal e‑filing is a plus
