This is an outstanding opportunity to representpublic agencies, municipalities, and governmental entitiesthroughout California. While the position is fully remote, the firmprefers candidates based in Northern Californiafor easier client collaboration and court appearances when needed.

⚖️ What You’ll Do

• Advise and representpublic agencies, cities, counties, school districts, and special districts

• Handle matters involvinggovernance, land use, contracts, employment, litigation, and regulatory compliance

• Provideday-to-day operational counselto municipal and public agency clients

• Draft and reviewordinances, resolutions, and contracts

• Support litigation and transactional matters involvingpublic entities

• Collaborate with experienced attorneys across departments on complex legal issues

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 3+ yearsof experience inpublic or municipal law(law firm or government setting)

• California Bar admission required

• Strong legal writing, analytical, and advisory skills

• Familiarity with Brown Act, Public Records Act, Political Reform Act, and other public agency regulations preferred

• Team-oriented, client-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities
