• Collaborate with internal and external teams to support product programs and initiatives related to artificial intelligence and legal technology solutions
• Assist in the testing and validation of generative artificial intelligence technology for legal industry applications
• Contribute to understanding customer pain points and goals to help articulate value propositions
• Support the development of advanced use cases for attorneys utilizing the CoCounsel platform
• Provide feedback on CoCounsel’s ongoing performance to engineers and data scientists

• Juris Doctor and Bar Admission (any jurisdiction) required
• Minimum of 2-3 years of practice experience in a law firm or in-house setting
• Computer proficiency with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Experience using a variety of online legal research and practice tools (e.g., Westlaw, Practical Law, Lexis)
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

• Strong passion for legal research, writing, and analysis with attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Highly motivated with an ability to understand and support departmental goals
• Strong team player with a collaborative work ethic
