What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Develop segment‑specific product content and functionality based on customer needs and workflows
Collaborate with internal and external teams to execute product programs and initiatives for legal technology solutions
Conduct market research to inform product direction and priorities
Mentor junior team members in legal technology and prompt engineering
Draft guidance materials to support the effective use of the CoCounsel platform

What is Required (Qualifications):

Juris Doctor and Bar Admission (any jurisdiction) required
Minimum of 7 to 10 years’ experience in a law firm, government, or in‑house setting
Minimum of 1 year experience conducting LLM validations and evaluations is a plus
Substantial experience using a variety of online legal research and practice tools
Experience in the use of generative AI tools is a must

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes
