The role:

We are seeking an experienced childcare lawyer to join one of our long-standing local authority clients whilst they undertake permanent recruitment. This is a ful ly remote role whereby you will manage a busy caseload of both care cases and some in pre-proceedings. No advocacy required. This is a 30-hour / 4-day per week role for an inital 3 month period.

Person specification:

We are looking for a qualified lawyer - solicitor, barrister with sufficient PQE to be able to undertake the role with minimum supervision. Ideally, applicants will have previous local authority experience. This is a great opportunity to continue to work on a remote basis!
