About the FirmWe are a growing, family-owned personal injury law firm based in Calabasas, California. The firm has experienced rapid growth, expanding from a small team to approximately 38 employees over the past several years. All attorneys work onsite in our Calabasas office, allowing for close collaboration, mentorship, and hands‑on litigation experience. We value work‑life balance and do not operate a late‑night or burnout culture.
Position OverviewWe are seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with plaintiff‑side personal injury experience to join our Calabasas office. This role is ideal for an attorney who wants meaningful responsibility, mentorship from experienced litigators, and the opportunity to grow within a stable and expanding firm.
This is a 100% in‑office position
. Candidates must be local or able to commute to Calabasas five days per week.
- Manage plaintiff‑side personal injury matters from pre‑litigation through litigation
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands
- Appear in court for hearings and motion practice
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Communicate directly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal support staff on case strategy
- 3–5 years of plaintiff‑side personal injury attorney experience preferred
- Strong candidates slightly under 3 years will be considered
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- Litigation experience required
- Personal injury background required (insurance‑only backgrounds will not be considered)
- Must be able to work onsite in Calabasas
- Base Salary: $140,000 – $175,000, depending on experience
- Up to $185,000 for highly qualified candidates with 3–5 years of experience plus bonus
- Health insurance is not currently offered.
The firm plans to implement health benefits in the future, but candidates must be comfortable with the current structure.
