Litigation Attorney; Remote - Newly licensed

Position: Litigation Attorney (Remote except court) - Newly licensed to 10 years exp
We are a rapidly growing law firm, featuring an energetic, established, creative and dynamic team of attorneys and paralegals. Our firm engages in several areas of law, including family law, probate, guardianship, estate planning, business representation, civil litigation, landlord/tenant, estate planning, criminal defense, and immigration.

We are seeking:

A newly licensed attorney or an attorney with up to 10 years of experience who would like to practice family law and civil litigation.

Iowa licensure and residence in or near Iowa is required.

* Starting pay: $75,000 to $150,000 based on experience and production.

* 50% employer coverage of group healthcare premiums

* 3% employer contribution to 401k after first year
