What You’ll Do

* Lead a family-law caseload (divorce, custody, support, protection orders) from intake to resolution.

* Draft and argue motions; conduct discovery; negotiate settlements; try cases when necessary.

* Communicate proactively with clients and opposing counsel; manage deadlines and strategy.

* Use
* Clio* and standardized playbooks to drive quality, speed, and consistent client experience.

* Collaborate with a dedicated
* paralegal* and lean operations team (intake + collections handled).

What We’re Looking For

* * J.D.
* and
* active Wyoming bar license
* in good standing.
* ~
* 2–5 years
* of post-bar experience;
* family-law experience preferred* (will consider strong litigation backgrounds).

* Courtroom confidence, clear writing, client empathy, and a bias for action.

* Comfortable with tech (Clio or similar) and structured workflows.

* Nice-to-haves:
* prior family-law trial experience;
Spanish proficiency; mediation/collaboration training.

* * Salary:* $120,000–$150,000 base (DOE)

* * Bonus:* % of collected fees over quarterly thresholds (uncapped; details provided in interview)

* * Signing Bonus:* $7,500 within 10 business days of offer acceptance
