Clinton & Clinton is currently seeking enthusiastic Insurance Defense Litigation Attorneys licensed anywhere in the United States, with at least three (3) to five (5) years of defense experience (prior insurance defense experience is welcomed, but not required), to work in office or hybrid to support legal staff and counsel in the firm's Long Beach office.

* Prior insurance defense and/or personal/bodily injury litigation experience

* Licensed member of any state Bar in the United States

Duties & Responsibilities
* * Conduct legal research and supervise research projects delegated to paralegals

* Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and reports
