Associate Attorney
We’re looking for an Associate Attorney who thrives on challenges, values balance and creativity, and seeks a supportive environment where you’ll be immersed in a dynamic, collaborative setting that values learning, collaboration, and innovation.
Responsibilities- Work alongside attorneys, gaining hands‑on experience in all aspects of civil litigation.
- Draft pleadings, prepare discovery, and craft compelling motions.
- Participate in hearings, depositions, and trial preparation, often second or third‑chairing in court.
- Strengthen writing skills with guidance from mentors.
- Law degree from an ABA‑accredited law school.
- Arizona bar admission.
- 1–4 years in civil litigation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; writing proficiency is a plus.
- Ready to learn, adaptable, detail‑focused, solution‑focused, and resilient in a high‑energy, high‑stakes environment.
