This is a full‑time remote opportunity for a Licensed Legal Paraprofessional (LLP) based in Colorado. The role involves providing legal support in family law matters, including preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and offering client support throughout legal proceedings. The LLP will work closely with attorneys and clients to ensure compliance with regulations, manage case files, and facilitate effective communication between all parties.

• Active Licensed Legal Paraprofessional (LLP) certification is required.
• Strong knowledge and experience in family law, including divorce, mediation, and child custody.
• Proficient in legal research, drafting, and reviewing legal documents.
• Excellent communication, client management, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using relevant legal software and tools.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience working in a remote environment is a plus.

• Base of $95,000 for meeting minimum requirement of 1,000 billable hours. Bonus range of $10,000 - $30,000 for meeting 1200 billable hour requirement. Opportunity to earn origination on cases brought in over and above the minimum billing requirement.
