This is not a traditional legal role—you won’t be going to court or drafting motions. Instead, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients facing criminal charges. You’ll consult with potential clients (10-15 consults a day), assess their situation, and help them take that critical first step by retaining our firm. You’ll use your legal training and people skills to build trust, explain options, and guide clients through one of the most stressful moments of their lives.

We are a multi-jurisdictional criminal defense firm headquartered in Los Angeles, seeking a full-time Attorney Case Manager who understands the value of providing empathetic and compassionate client-centric service to join our team. This is a remote position open to attorneys licensed in any U.S. jurisdiction.

What You’ll Do

* Consultative Sales - Conduct legal intake consultations with potential clients (10–20 per day, all inbound inquiries)

* Evaluate the facts of each case and determine alignment with firm criteria

* Collaborate with our local attorneys and support staff to ensure client satisfaction

* Guide potential clients through our process, helping them understand their options and the benefits of retaining our firm

* Assist potential clients in locating and sourcing funds and completing retainer agreements

* Maintain strong follow-up and relationships through the life-cycle of the case

What We’re Looking For

* Licensed to practice law in any U.S. state (required), Texas, Florida, or California preferred but not required

* Legal experience in criminal defense is preferred, but not required

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Naturally persuasive, empathetic, and confident when speaking with clients

* Organized and able to manage multiple consultations per day.

* Technologically proficient (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel; Adobe)

* Spanish fluency is a plus

Work Environment & Schedule

* Hybrid remote/in-person

* Full-time, Monday through Friday, regular business hours

* On-call rotation for after-hours emergency consultations (on an as need basis)
