As an Associate Attorney
, you'll handle all phases of employment litigation from intake through trial. The firm emphasizes trial readiness and provides substantial support for professional growth.

Responsibilities include:

• Litigating employment matters involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wage/hour violations.
• Conducting depositions, discovery, legal research, and motion practice.
• Drafting motions, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in mediations and arbitrations.
• Managing court calendars, deadlines, and communications with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
• Playing an active role in jury trials and arbitration hearings.

• 3-8 years of solid employment litigation experience.
• Proven ability to manage cases independently from inception to resolution.
• Strong deposition, discovery, motion, and trial preparation skills.
• Excellent legal writing, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, self-starter mindset and a commitment to justice.

• Competitive salary of $140,000 - $165,000 plus likely $15K bonus
