Remote Insurance Defense Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney for our Las Vegas office. The ideal candidate will have experience in at least one of the following areas: bodily injury defense, construction defect, or other insurance defense matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft motions and/or conduct depositions, oral arguments, and hearings
• Negotiate settlements and manage client reporting
• Independently handle appearances and assignments with minimal supervision

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in Nevada (additional state licensure is a plus)
• 3-12+ years of experience in Insurance Defense (Preferred)
• Experience in at least one of the following areas: bodily injury defense, construction defect, or other insurance defense matters (Required)
