The RoleThis practice seeks a Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor 3+ PQE to join its award-winning department, with genuine prospects for progression. The Leasehold enfranchisement team deals with an excellent quality of work. This includes collective enfranchisement, group statutory and voluntary lease extensions, issues facing property management and the right to manage.
Your caseload will be varied, and you will be working alongside highly-ranked Solicitors & Partners.
