The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated 2-4 PQE lawyer to join our high performing Commercial Contracts practice as an Associate.
We work closely with SME and corporate clients to understand their commercial objectives and deliver pragmatic advice that protects their interests while facilitating successful transactions. The team handles a broad range of work, from routine supply, distribution and service agreements to bespoke, high-value commercial deals, ensuring our clients' contracts are legally sound, commercially pragmatic and clearly articulated.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical ability across a broad range of commercial matters, effective project management and client service skills, and a genuine interest in supporting Legal Vision’s growth in the UK market.
While our offices are located in Manchester, we re happy to accept applications from candidates seeking remote work in London or elsewhere in the UK.
The Ideal Candidate- Essential: An English qualified lawyer with at least 2 years of experience in assisting UK business clients in a variety of commercial matters. Additional experience in privacy matters will be highly regarded
- Ability to provide practical, commercially-focused advice that balances legal risk with business objectives
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal issues clearly to clients
- Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
- Client-focused approach with strong relationship-building and service delivery skills
- Self-motivated and proactive, able to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
- Commercially minded, solutions-focused, and aligned with a modern, growth-driven legal services model
