Responsibilities:

• Litigate Insurance Defense Cases – Handle general liability, professional liability, and coverage disputes in state and federal courts.
• Draft Litigation Documents – Prepare motions, pleadings, and discovery responses, building strong defenses for insurer clients.
• Conduct Depositions – Take and defend depositions, gathering critical evidence to support case strategies.
