Senior Employment Associate

The role will involve:

• Managing key client relationships and advising on complex and sensitive employment matters.
• Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers.
• Contributing to business development and the continued growth of the team.
• Advising on employee relations issues, restructures, TUPE, redundancies and Employment Tribunal claims for respondent clients.

You will bring:

• Strong experience in Employment law (4+ PQE).
• Confidence handling complex advisory and contentious matters.
• A collaborative approach and strong client-facing skills.
• Excellent drafting and communication abilities.
