Auction Solicitor - Fully Remote

£40,000 - £60,000 (DOE)

A specialist law firm is seeking an experienced Auction Solicitor to join its team on a fully remote basis
.

This role is not suitable for general conveyancers or solicitors with only occasional auction exposure.
Extensive, hands‑on experience in auction transactions is essential and applicants must be qualified
.

• Managing a full caseload of auction property matters from instruction through to post‑completion

• Advising on pre‑auction legal packs
  , title issues, special conditions and risk

• Acting on tight deadlines with accuracy and confidence

• Working independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)

• Extensive, demonstrable experience in auction work

• Strong technical knowledge of property law and auction‑specific issues

• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing deadlines

• Excellent communication skills with clients, agents and auction houses
