Position: Patent Formalities Coordinator - c£45,000++ Hybrid) (Permanent)
A well-established IP law firm in London is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Patent Formalities & Renewals Coordinator join their busy formalities function on a full-time, permanent basis! This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience within a patent support role. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately record renewals information in the firm’s case management system.

* Monitor and ensure all renewal deadlines are met in a timely manner.

* Verify invoices for accuracy and completeness.

* Confirm and act upon client instructions promptly.

* Maintain clear and professional correspondence with clients and attorneys regarding renewals requirements and queries.
