An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a well regarded and forward thinking law firm in Reading. This is a permanent position within a supportive, client-focused team where you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality residential property services.What You'll Do:

Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, lease extensions, and transfers of equity
Oversee the entire transaction lifecycle, including contract exchange, completion, and SDLT submissions
Provide tailored legal advice with a meticulous eye for detail
Collaborate closely with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
Contribute to business development and actively support the firm's growth strategy
Work efficiently using an electronic case management system, with flexibility for remote working

What We're Looking For:

A qualified Solicitor, CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer with experience in residential conveyancing
Strong communication and client service skills, with a proactive and professional approach
A team player with a collaborative mindset and a commitment to excellence
A commercially aware individual keen to contribute to a growing team
