Salary:
Up to £50,000 (DOE)

• Managing a caseload of clinical negligence matters from initial enquiry to conclusion.
• Conducting initial consultations and assessing new enquiries.
• Advising clients throughout the life of their claim with clarity and empathy.
• Drafting Letters of Claim and analysing Letters of Response.
• Preparing witness statements, chronologies, and detailed analyses of medical records.
• Instructing and liaising with medical experts and counsel.
• Advising on funding arrangements including CFAs and ATE insurance.
• Managing matters under the Pre-Action Protocol and CPR.
• Negotiating with defendants and insurers to achieve the best possible outcomes.

• Be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1+ years’ PQE in clinical negligence or a closely related area.
• Have strong technical foundations and a methodical approach to case preparation.
• Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills.
• Be organised, proactive, and capable of managing competing deadlines.
• Be keen to develop your career within a supportive and specialist team.
