Senior Housing Lawyer – Wales
• 3-6 months
• 100% remote working • £50-£55 per hour
Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for an excellent opportunity for a Senior Housing Lawyer to join a large local authority based in Wales.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Housing Lawyer you will be responsible for managing a small team, as well as looking after your own caseload of housing law matters, which include but are not limited to:
- Disrepair
- Breach of tenancy agreements
- Homelessness
- Anti-social behaviour
- General housing law advice
This role can offer remote working.
Location:
Wales. Experience gained within a local government or housing association setting is desirable; however experience gained within the private sector can also be considered.
Experience in housing law within local government, housing association, or private practice is relevant. Ability to manage a small team and handle a caseload of housing matters is expected.
