What you'll do:
- Manage and progress a variety of PI and industrial disease claims
- Draft key documents, liaise with counsel and experts and prepare trial-ready bundles
- Attend hearings and support ADR/settlement negotiations
- Supervise Trainees/Paralegals and contribute to team know-how
- Qualified Chartered Legal Executive with at least 1 PQE
- Experience managing your own claimant PI/industrial diseasecaseload
- Multitrack PI experience desirable but industrial disease experience not essential
- Excellent salary
