You’ll join a small but well-established team within a top 40 UK firm. The Birmingham-based Private Client department is known for its high standards and personal approach, while benefiting from the infrastructure and reputation of a national business.

You’ll work directly with experienced colleagues and have the chance to take on increasingly complex work as you grow within the firm.

Who we’re looking for

• NQ–3 PQE Solicitor with strong experience in private client law
• Experience gained from a regional or city law firm
• Paralegal experience and extended private client seat during training
• Stable background with a consistent track record in private client
• Hardworking, proactive and professional with a clear desire for progression
• Personable, team-oriented and confident in client-facing work

What you’ll be doing

• Managing a varied caseload of private client matters including wills, trusts, complex probate, and estate planning
• Supporting more senior lawyers on HNW and UHNW cases
• Working with team members nationally, while being based in the Birmingham office
• Developing your technical and commercial knowledge in a collaborative environment
• Contributing to team goals and billable hours targets
• Providing excellent client service across a wide-ranging caseload

Salary & Benefits

• £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience
