Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner – Remote​/Hybrid

Location: Manchester / Wolverhampton preferred (UK-wide considered), remote work available after completing training

• Manage freehold/leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages & transfer of equity files from instruction to completion
• Handle all legal work independently with dedicated admin support
• Provide clear, professional advice to clients and third parties
• Ensure compliance with SRA/CLC and lender requirements
• 3+ years’ experience as a Conveyancer / Solicitor / CILEX / Licensed Conveyancer (strong unqualified candidates considered)
