Legal Counsel, Lawyer
- Manage a varied caseload of complex commercial property matters
- Handle high-value transactions independently and efficiently
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Contribute to the firm’s strategic planning and business development
- Drive high standards of service delivery and commercial performance
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of property and transactional documents.
We also require you to:
- Take responsibility for managing own caseload with supervision
- Ensure case management records are maintained
- Supporting other fee earners where necessary
- Flexibility to assist with cases and instructions outside of normal working hours when required
- Meet chargeable hours targets
- Assist with the training and development of junior members of the team
A qualified solicitor 8 years plus PQE Commercial Property/Real Estate solicitor, ideally at Senior Associate/Partner level:
- Conscientious, self-motivated, hardworking and responsive
- Excellent communication, organisation and analytical skills
- Proven track record of winning clients for yourself and servicing the clients of others
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and timetables, whilst maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy
- Ability to work as part of a team
