Clinical Negligence Fee Earner

An award-winning, progressive and client-focused law firm based in the Wirral is seeking a motivated Grade C Solicitor/Fee Earner to join its expanding Clinical Negligence team.

With a strong local and national client base, this firm offers services across multiple practice areas, including landlord and tenant, Medical Negligence, Dental Negligence, Personal Injury, and Civil Litigation.

The Role

You will work closely with a senior solicitor and Law Society panel member on a varied caseload of high-value and complex clinical negligence claims involving both adults and children. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise and build your own caseload within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting a senior solicitor with complex clinical negligence matters from inception to conclusion
• Managing your own pre- and post-issue clinical negligence files
• Providing high-quality client care and maintaining excellent communication throughout each case

Essential Skills & Experience

• Experience handling or assisting with clinical negligence claims
• Litigation experience
• Strong understanding of case law, legal practice and procedure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Working Arrangements

This is a full-time role based in the Birkenhead office. The firm is open to hybrid, flexible or remote working for the right candidate. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am-5.30 pm.
