A high performing regional law firm is recruiting an experienced conveyancer to join its leading conveyancing team in Cheshire.

The firm is a market leader in the conveyancing sector and is based in stunning new offices with great transport links to Manchester and the surrounds. It prides itself on working closely with its clients to offer a service which encompasses both technical expertise and an efficient service.

This role will involve acting on behalf of a range of builders, lenders and private clients. The successful candidate will be exposed to a wide range of matters.

The caseload will consist of both freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.

• Act on behalf of builders, lenders and private clients.
• Handle a wide range of conveyancing matters.
• Work on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.

• At least 12 months experience handling a varied caseload from inception through to completion using a case management system.

• Competitive salary up to £53,000 plus monthly, quarterly and annual bonuses
