We are currently recruiting for an experienced Housing Lawyer to join a well‑regarded local authority in the southwest region.

The successful candidate will lead on complex housing casework, including disrepair, possession, homelessness, and governance matters, while providing high‑quality advice that supports lawful, fair, and timely decision‑making across the council.

You will also be required to supervise the team in the absence of the principal lawyer and supervise 1‑2 lawyers.

This position can offer remote working and flexible working arrangements, although the preference would be for some regular office attendance.
