Commercial Solicitor

Position: Commercial Solicitor (Permanent)
Our client is a growing law firm and is looking for a driven, commercially minded 1+ PQE Solicitor or Legal Executive to join an established Commercial Property team in Spalding.

The Role

You will handle a varied commercial property caseload including:

* Sales and acquisitions

* Commercial leases (landlord & tenant)

* Development matters

* Refinancing and secured lending

* Portfolio management

You’ll work closely with clients, agents and lenders, delivering pragmatic advice and exceptional service.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

* Has 1+ years PQE in Commercial Property

* Is confident managing transactions independently

* Has strong drafting and technical ability

* Thrives under pressure and meets deadlines

* Delivers outstanding client care

* Takes initiative and enjoys responsibility

Most importantly, you’ll be commercially aware, personable and motivated to build long-term client relationships.
