Salary: £35,000 to £55,000 (depending on experience)

You will manage and develop a busy residential conveyancing caseload while delivering high quality client service.

Responsibilities include:

• Handling a varied caseload of residential property matters
• Managing files from instruction through to completion
• Providing clear, timely advice to clients and maintaining strong relationships
• Progressing matters efficiently and proactively
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm standards
• Supporting the continued growth of the Newton Abbot office
• Demonstrating strong technical knowledge and attention detail

• This role is suited to a Residential Conveyancer who:
• Has proven experience managing their own residential conveyancing caseload
• Is confident handling a broad range of clients and transactions
• Demonstrates strong communication and client care skills
• Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Works well independently and as part of a team
• Is proactive, motivated, and committed to delivering high quality work

• £35,000-£55,000 salary (DOE)
