You will have the chance to work as a virtual in‑house commercial lawyer
, supporting clients day‑to‑day on a broad range of commercial matters. You’ll work closely with client stakeholders, embedding yourself in their businesses, while benefiting from the support, collaboration, and infrastructure of a global firm.
The team brings together lawyers, paralegals, operational specialists, and technology experts to deliver legal services efficiently and at scale, using modern delivery models and legal technology.
Key Responsibilities- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including outsourcing and framework agreements, technology contracts, supply of goods and services agreements, terms and conditions, and NDAs
- Providing high‑quality commercial and strategic legal advice, managing legal and commercial risk
- Building strong client relationships and delivering pragmatic, business‑focused solutions
- Collaborating with colleagues across legal, operational, and technology teams to deliver integrated services
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives, including the use of legal technology to drive efficiency
- Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and paralegals
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 5+ years’ PQE
- Strong commercial contracts experience gained in private practice and/or in‑house
- Solid understanding of commercial law and transactional work
- Confident communicator with strong organisational skills and commercial awareness
- Comfortable working autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Technologically confident, with an interest in modern legal delivery models
- Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting
