A well-regarded, modern London law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Lawyer (minimum 3 years’ PQE) to join its growing property team. This is a rare opportunity to step into a highly flexible role with the majority of work conducted remotely.

The firm is known for its entrepreneurial client base and high-quality service, acting for a diverse range of clients including international investors and high-net-worth individuals.

You will work closely with a senior lawyer who will provide a consistent flow of work, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent client service rather than business development.

The caseload will include:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• High-value residential transactions
• Matters involving bridging finance
• Transactions for overseas and international investors
• Complex title and financing structures

This is an ideal opportunity for a confident, technically strong residential property lawyer who enjoys handling interesting and varied matters without the pressure of fee generation targets or networking expectations.

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3+ years’ PQE in residential property
• Strong technical grounding across the full residential conveyancing process
• Experience dealing with bridging finance and investor-led transactions advantageous
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment
• Commercially aware with excellent client communication skills

• Salary £50,000 – £60,000 (dependent on experience)
• Highly flexible, predominantly remote working arrangement
