Clinical Negligence Solicitor - Fully remote working available

We are working with a number of defendant clinical negligence teams across England and Wales who seek to strengthen their health litigation offerings.

These roles are at Associate and Senior Associate level (roughly 2 PQE +) and offer high-quality work, career development and genuine flexibility. Some of the roles on offer allow the successful candidate to work completely remotely.

• Working pattern: Variety of office-based, hybrid and fully remote opportunities available
• Role: Associate / Senior Associate - 2 PQE+
• Salary: Excellent

Highest quality of work available

The range of work is vast including highly complex clinical negligence cases. In particular, the teams for which we are recruiting all handle complex obstetric and neonatal claim including birth injury and surgical error matters, some of which are incredibly high profile.

2 PQE+ ideal though some flexibility depending on the role

We are ideally looking for candidates with at least 2 PQE and over. You should have proven clinical negligence experience, ideally from a defendant background. Candidates should also present:

• Strong drafting, analytical and client-care skills
• The ability the mentor and develop less experienced members of the team depending on the level of PQE.
