Associate​/Senior Associate - Planning & Highways

Are you ready to apply your planning expertise to impactful, high‑profile projects? You’ll advise on varied planning matters, supporting major developments and regeneration schemes. You’ll join a collaborative, supportive team known for delivering high‑quality, purposeful work.

Department: Projects

Location: Birmingham

• Draft and negotiate complex Section 106 agreements.
• Support planning committees and advise on queries.
• Progress compulsory purchase orders and regeneration work.
• Collaborate across teams on major projects.
• Deliver client training and support business development.

• 3+ years’ PQE in planning law.
• Strong experience with Section 106 and CPOs.
• Confident advising committees and managing appeals.
• Ability to support and guide junior colleagues.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.

• Birmingham, located roles, we have a newly refurbished office in the City centre with an on‑site café and free use of Gym facilities
• For Manchester vacancies, we have a City Central site, with newly refurbished facilities
• Hybrid working
